Remove the Logo from the Maya PFX ScreenSaver To demo their new Paint Effects technology in the Maya 3D animation package, Alias|Wavefront released a screensaver for MacOS. While it looks cool, and comes with tons of filter options, the entire time the program is running the Maya logo is displayed in the lower right corner. This little tip by Bryan Harris shows you how to remove it.  Open a copy of the screensaver in ResEdit and find the PICT resources.
Open them with a double-click.
 See the four black and white images, delete them leaving only ID 200, the light colored logo.
 Save your work and quit ResEdit.
The modified application will no longer display the Maya logo in the corner.
