We've done it before in MacOS 8.0, but the name of the Help menu is located somewhere else in the latest system version.
Open a copy of the System suitcase in ResEdit and scroll down to the STR resource.
Open them with a double-click. Find ID# -20451 and open it with a double-click.
The only text in the ID is the word Help. Change it to whatever you would like, even a question mark will work, though I suggest you enter <space>?<space> to keep the menu from looking like Special?:)
Save your changes and quit ResEdit.
Replace your current copy of the System suitcase with the revised one, and Restart your computer.
Open a copy of the System suitcase in ResEdit and scroll down to the STR resource.
Find ID# -20451 and open it with a double-click.
Replace your current copy of the System suitcase with the revised one, and Restart your computer.
