The repayment agreement means a written contract between the city and one or more parties, which provides for both the construction of remediation facilities and reimbursement to parties or parties who cover the facilities for a portion of the costs of the facilities by the owners of properties benefiting from the improvements. 2. The owner agrees to reimburse the city for all administrative costs incurred by the city for the collection of reimbursement fees when these fees exceed 6% of the value of the refund. This reimbursement of administrative and collection costs, due by the promoter to the city, is deducted from the amount reimbursed to the owner in accordance with paragraph 3.B.2. There. After approval of the application, determination of the estimated construction costs, the reimbursement area and the fees estimated by the work manager, the applicant signs a refund agreement in the form provided by the city. The signed agreement, the application and supporting documents, as well as the construction cost estimate by the construction manager, as well as the determination of the reimbursement area and estimated royalties, are submitted to the City Council requesting that the City Council authorize the Mayor to sign the reimbursement agreement on behalf of the city. 7.
