The travel agency will offer the above services and accommodations to business and consumer customers as part of travel packages, in accordance with the terms of this travel agency contract. In return, the company agrees to pay the travel agency`s commissions on the basis of actual sales. (c) This clause does not apply to the service or notification of proceedings or other documents in the context of an appeal or, if applicable, to other dispute resolution procedures. Each time we make a substantial change to this agreement, we will provide you with a copy of the updated agreement. It is your duty to review the updated agreement. If you continue to receive services from us, you agree to have accepted the updated agreement. For all trips, we strongly recommend that you take out appropriate travel insurance to cover your travel arrangements. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid travel insurance that covers your needs and that is right for you. We are not liable for any losses you will suffer if and to the extent that you can claim damages as part of travel insurance.
We can arrange travel insurance for you or provide you with an offer or general information about the travel insurance options available to you. All information considered by the company to be confidential remains private and is not made public by the travel agency. Credit card and lodge payments are received at the time of booking/billing and coincide with a reseller fee. You allow us to charge any fees you collect in connection with the services you provide for the card you provide. If, for any reason, the payment is not received by the card issuer or its agent, you agree to pay us all the amounts due on request immediately. They compensate us for any loss that may result from fraudulent use or other use of this credit card. (c) Neither party may use the other party`s confidential information for any purpose other than to fulfill its obligations under this contract. (ii) if they are sent by first-class prepaid mail or any other delivery service the next business day, at 9 a.m.
on the second business day after sending. (a) any notification made to a party in the context or in connection with this contract is made in writing and is distributed manually or by first-class mail or any other delivery service the following business day at headquarters (if a company) or its head office (in any other case). 11.11 Skill. Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts in England and Wales have sole jurisdiction to settle disputes or claims (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising from this contract or its purpose or origin. (b) to provide the supplier with the information and materials that the supplier can reasonably request to provide the services and to ensure that this information is complete and accurate on all essential points; for the purposes of the 2015/2302 Directive (EU) on package travel and related travel regimes, as well as the Norwegian legislation transposing this directive, the parties agree that this agreement constitutes a general agreement for the design of business travel. For cancelled bookings, a fee may be charged. This fee can be up to 100% of the cost of the booking, whether the trip has started or not. Additional fees and fees may also be charged if a reservation is changed and tickets or documents are re-issued.
