| Stop the PPP status window from monopolizing your computer.
If you use Apple's 0T/PPP to dial into the internet, your computer is useless until the connection is complete. Use this simple edit to make make the PPP Status window non-modal.
 Open a copy of the shared library: OpenTpt Remote Access. It's in the Extensions folder.
Find the DLOG resources and open them with a double-click.
 Find ID# 2133 and open it with a double-click.
 Change the window style from the simple one in position 8, to the platinum styled one in position 2 (as in the graphic on the left.)
Save your work and quit ResEdit.
Replace the original library file with the modified one and restart the computer.
The next time your computer dials in, you'll be able to continue working.
