Alvar sent me an e-mail telling me to check out an Ambrosia Software Web Board forum post concerning news about the Gadget/Ready Software snafu. The article posted is from TidBits, which I myself subscribe to, but am way behind in reading. The article pulls together all the known information and testing done on the Gadget Software releases, determining that it did in fact "rip off" other software authors. It makes for good reading and does question the validity of Ready Software as a legitimate site versus merely a Gadget spin off. Only time will tell.
